1. AYA type K5 모델은 Auto Leveling Sensor가 집중 배기 Type으로 클린룸 (CLASS 100)에서도 사용 가능 |

2. Honeycomb 상판은 M6 tap hole, 25mm Metric이 표준 사양 |
|
3. AYA type K4 모델은 AYA type K5 모델과 제진성능은 같으나 클린룸 사용이 불가 |
